Poppy and disappearing dog

Before they were strimmed away this bank had lots of poppies on them. I thought I'd try to get a closer shot of them this morning, and the dog was curious to see what I was doing so the second photo was mostly out of focus poodle! If my phone could have managed the focus it would have made a good picture, but the instead everything was out of focus and rather blurred...! Instead you can see a later shot with his rear end disappearing out of shot to the top right!

Still working funny hours for the US, this week has been mostly productive, so not a loss.
