Well, it's not Stonehenge

I've noticed before that the shadow from our pergola moves across and matches the circular lawn nearby.  I wondered whether there might come a day when the shadow is perfectly centred on the lawn but it didn't happen on the day of the solstice.  Perhaps later in the year when the sun is a bit lower in the sky?  I'll watch with interest. 

Another hot day.  Shopping and a haircut in town this morning (looks better short, but I definitely look more grey) and we had half a plan to go to the beach this afternoon but never quite made it.  Lamb chops about to go on the barbecue.
