Making Elderflower Cordial

Set about making the cordial after we got back from our walk.
I had gathered all the elderflowers in the wood on our walk this morning, then I tried all the chemists in the area for citric acid, with no luck. So I’m not using my usual recipe. Found a recipe by the Woodland Trust and thought that will do fine. Fingers crossed it will be good.
