Bara Airport

Although the site was at the northern most tip of the island, and about 5 mile from the loop road, we decided, as the forecast was good , to cycle the 14 mile loop around the island.......

By the time, agaist a  fierce headwind we reached the airport 3 miles away,we were drenched! We watched a logan air plane land on the only beach in the world that has a scheduled service. When it took off the spray was impressive! 

Returned to the van, and then took it out to drive the circuit instead.
