Some people are really stupid...

What's wrong in this photo? So many trash cans and no one is putting their rubbish in them...My wish for the polluters...short arms and eternal itching...
Things I found on my path this morning, underpants, cans of soda, cans of beer, bottles of beer (broken) plastic bottles, tent, plastic bags, little bags with drugs, glass shards, chip bags... and lots more...
