Another haul of strawberries from the garden, what to make today.

I saw a recipe on “Good Morning” last week for  Clodagh’s Strawberry shortbread cheesecake so this is my offering today. Mouth-wateringly good.

Oh! and Mr PC had a jam making lesson 3 1/2 jars made.

In other news poor Stanley got stung when he stood on a wasp on his walk this morning, been playing the sympathy card all day.
