Silverdust droplets

Between the agonies of watching Wimbledon and the sensational news from Westminster, most of the day seems to have disappeared. The plan is to go for a walk in the evening sunshine, but typically by the time Norrie has finally won his place in the Semifinals, the sky here has darkened and rain looks likely.

We do manage a walk down to the beach which in this light offers little of photographic interest, so it is fortunate that a morning wander round the rain-soaked garden  ‘banked’ some images for Tiny Tuesday. Once again, I cannot find a single living creature, but it’s Cineraria Silverdust that comes to my rescue, its tiny flower buds just starting to reveal their yellow contents.
