Mating time.....

Wow! That's quite a clash of hot colours.......

We have here a couple of soldier beetles on ragwort. I didn't have much time to linger this morning, but luckily for me these beetles were everywhere. 

Time to start getting ready for a week away. That meant getting the cat to the cattery which went well today. Livvie wasn't too stressed by the whole procedure.

Then onto the packing......
