A day out racing - not on my boat, but on the V-C’s boat, Indulgence. We were second over the start line at a chaotic start (the “race officer” having gone AWOL) but we then watched as Willi de Barr showed us a clean pair of heels. And him single-handed too. Back to the pontoon and the sun came out fully. What a scorcher. Beers were called for.   
An afternoon of digesting the news. And snacks. The news proved slightly indigestible in parts. All sorts could end up as PM it would appear. Where’s that nice John Major gone?
Later, a new series - Black Bird on Apple TV which seems extremely promising. And a true story! Not just that "inspired by true events” nonsense. Sherwood, indeed. Snorts.
