Canal

Went canal again where shady picnic bench, a breeze and water for Gyp. We love it here especially in this weather.

Q. Saw a paddleboarder today so wondered what he'd do at lock?
A. He turned round and came back to nearest jetty where he climbed out and carried board over bridge!

Gyp went down steep bank to have a drink and got quite wet so came back to me and gave me canal water shower from shaking herself.

Excellent place to be in temps of mid 30s again.
