. . . from my bed this morning. Bright sunshine on trees. Wished I'd moved a table outside for breakfast, but had to get dressed as plumber and electrician coming.
They spent a noisy day, putting up shower door, changing washbasin and toilet. And kindly unblocking kitchen sink.

AquaGym was hard going but is really well worked out so most parts of body exercised .
