Twists and Turns

The clematis “ Nellie Moser” flowered in April into May. I like the whirly seed heads.

We’re now into a bit of a routine with the bathroom/ cloakroom project, and approaching half- way. The layout of the house means that they can get on with things independent of us. Doors to all other rooms are closed, windows and the front door are open, and they wear masks when they chat to me. I’m on hand to do things from time to time, as well as supplying teas and coffees. R, who is in charge, has a Mum who is immuno-suppressed, so he’s well aware of our issues.

An problem yesterday was that the new bath arrived, but no legs or taps. They’ve had to be couriered up from South Wales today, rather a long way. Words may have been had.
