Wild Wednesday?

The only shots that I got today were rather poor shots of this Peacock butterfly refusing to pose properly on the buddleia.  According to Google, the flowers should be laden with butterflies, which they weren't and also the butterflies that I did spot were camera shy to say the least,  Thus the best of a bad job is taken from quite a distance before it fluttered off as I tried to approach nearer.

In other news: the weather has remained just as hot as they promised although tonight is supposed to be a little cooler.
