What a view!

This is a cheat blip really. I hope you don’t mind.
It was the sunset last night taken from the top of the Cube in Birmingham, where Marco Pierre White’s restaurant is situated.
We were there for a celebratory dinner for two which included champagne.
It was a gift voucher that we had saved to use on our 49th Wedding Anniversary yesterday. (Which just happens to coincide with Bastille Day in France).
A lovely evening in every sense of the word. The weather was perfect producing a glorious sundown as we were leaving to catch the Cross City Line back home.
