Nautilus spiral #1

My first attempt, made using a single piece of plain brown paper 42 x 16.5cm. Finished piece is approx.14 x 12cm.

Went for my first run in over 2 weeks, well it was more of a jolk (jog/walk). Felt very tired but at least I made the effort and feel better for it.

Looking forward to the Lionesses' game tonight and the start of the World Championship Athletics. The time difference is going to make a lot of it difficult to watch live. Might have to set my alarm for a few events over the next week or so.
