Colourful

Another hot sunny day and I started it with the water fitness class which was great as it was so lovely to be in the water.  After lunch a quick visit to the dentist as part of a tooth had chipped and then I was off with a friend to Dawlish Warren where we spent some time in the late afternoon sun looking at the wild flowers and butterflies.  Not surprisingly everywhere is looking very dry but there were still various plants out and some butterflies around. 

We then headed off to Teignmouth as the camera club was meeting there in the evening for a wander around.  I was showing another friend some of the back streets so we had fun taking various shots against the street art.  None of mine were very good so I chose this shot of the newly painted pier looking very smart against the brilliant blue sky.  A great evening out especially since the weather was just the right temperature by the evening.
