Saxifrage

Although that looks like a German name, Saxifrage are called Steinbrech here. And you'll note that it's raining - after 4 beautiful weather days and with the weekend upon us, the weather went wonky and surprisingly, caught quite a few of my colleagues out.

In my experience, my German colleagues are quite well sussed when it comes to being prepared for weather. However last night there was a "partielle Mondfinsternis" - a partial eclipse of the moon - and apart from being quite pretty, it seems to have affected their ability to read weather forecasts. More than half were without a jacket as it poured down from about 9 this morning. Still, it's only water...

A successful end to the week and we're going out to eat. I'm not sure what to expect. I read a review that started "The restaurant is unchanged for over 20 years..." I can only hope they've dusted.
