Main task today was sorting out the drawers at work. I chucked an amount of stuff. Somehow I ended up with a bunch of ancient networking documents from the age of thinnet in 94. That's before I was an undergrad there. The punch card and 8" floppy were also from before my time. I do remember the 5.25" floppies. There was also a 3.5" non-floppy floppy disk in my drawer. I also plugged in the external drive from when I left the uni the first time round in 2006 (see extra). A whopping 200GB of mostly numerical experiments. I think after 16 years of sitting on a shelf it is time to ditch it. The important stuff tends to be in some repository anyway.
