Sunny, but cold again

It has been sunny again today, but not quite as nice as yesterday, and it’s been cold, with the wind coming from the south.

After the market this morning and hubby’s departure for his Saturday sailing with the Maritime Museum, I had a reasonably productive day pottering around attending to household tasks, writing some long overdue emails, scanning documents so I didn’t have pieces of paper lying around, and also popping over to spend a little bit of time with Mum.  This evening we had our Hong Kong friends for dinner and had an enjoyable, fun time with them.  We did starter and main, they brought dessert.

Hubby has purchased some fairy lights to go with our lovely pots, which meant cutting a couple of branches to put in the pots to string them on.  We think they look rather good.  Lights are lovely!
