What a haul

Arrived back at Heathrow this morning ahead of schedule . I was very brave and weathered 2 lifts. Finding stairs with suitcases is such a faff.
Once home showered and went for coffee where we had been missed
Went to look at the jungle and picked theses figs who are over ripe. Tomatoes, round cucumbers, lush box cucumbers which were huge, 3 red peppers, and a small beetroot. Mad3 a nice salad for a meal.The strawberries have all died as have several plant in the garden ( burnt to a crisp )
I just couldn’t stay awake beyoj f 5 pm so went to bed for a couple of hours . Low glucase alarm woke me up so dragged myself out of bed. Now I can’t sleep again
