Safe for another season...

Another football photo today.

It was the last home game of the season today, against Birmingham City. A 3-1 victory hardly flattered us - another day could have seen us score 4 or 5.

But it was the social side of the day that was the best part. Traditionally we all get together for the the final home game, and today was no different. Down to Isaac's on Ipswich's beautiful water front for a few drinks a couple of hours before KO (really I should have got a photo of the marina there). Then it was off to the football, before going to Riley's for a couple more pints and a few frames of pool before catching the train home.

In the evening we had our friend and her daughter over, with myself cooking dinner for the 4 of us. All in all a very social and positive day.
