Pretty Entrance

Early walk as usual was lovely as there was just a hint of coolness still in the St Ives estate. Spent too much time talking to take any photos but straight after three of us met up with S in the pub car park to get some leaflets to distribute for a Sue Ryder fund raising walk in September. I couldn’t do it on Monday so was happy to offer a bit of time.
Wilsden Walker and I did the upper end of the village. The same area that Chris and I do when distributing Tittle Tattle, the village magazine, twice a year.

These are some of the relatively new houses at the top of the village and I thought this one had a lovely display around it’s entrance. If I recall they had a fun Christmas display too.

After an hour and an extra mile + I was hot and was ready for a drink and some breakfast.

Later we popped into Keighley and came back with a dishwasher. It’s fully integrated so we’ll have to get another door but we have established that that’s something we can do.

Then singing! We’ve missed two Mondays and won’t  be able to go next week so with only 4 weeks to our concert we thought we had better go. A good sing through the first half of the concert’s songs.

Think that’s enough for this hot day until it’s cool enough to go out and do some watering.
