Natural Reflector

Rather than trying to capture the whole Hibiscus flower, I decided to use it as a reflector to backlight the small grass seed heads. To be honest, the large white petals were past their best. They tend to deteriorate quite rapidly, especially, because of their size and flimsy nature, if there's any wind.

When the light is so strong, shooting towards the sun is difficult and looking the other way, shadows are very deep, so this seems another way to tackle the issue.

I like the shape made by the white flower in this frame and the silhouette of the grass against it.
