A Special Request

Today was Alice's 6th Birthday and me and Mrs MD were over in Congleton having a nice quiet family celebration (she had a big one with all her school friends at the weekend). Alice is currently into Mermaids (and Unicorns) and requested a Mermaid Birthday Cake.  This is another cake made locally by a friend of ours - she has made every one of Alice's cakes and never fails to produce an amazing creation.  My extra show Alice performing the all-important task of 'blowing out the candles'  :-)
