Thunder and rain was forecast but here it stayed cloudy but dry. This stinking iris stem got broken off and has been stuffed artfully arranged in a vase for Blip.

Tracey Thorn - Under The Ivy (2014)
The companion CD to this month's Mojo is Thunder In Our Hearts, celebrating Kate Bush. From having listened to it today I have chosen this version of Under The Ivy, previously released as a digital single by Tracey Thorn. Kate Bush wrote and recorded the song very quickly in 1985 and put it on the B-side of Running Up That Hill, currently enjoying an unexpected afterlife.
