At Chalet Nono

Frank and Noëlle ( Nono) are wonderful hosts. I have been staying at their chalet in Montriond, next door to Morzine, this week and they have been looking after me so well.

We enjoyed a drink together this evening and a fun photo shoot. They are both yoga enthusiasts as you can see from the shot. Every morning I have breakfast in this magnificent room looking up the valley. Nono cooks me a scrambled egg and mixes up a special healthy veg drink.

I am then well equipped to go off cycling or, as it was wet today, strike out for a couple of walks beside a rushing river. Nature is looking wonderful.
