Blip copy

I was up in the Bail for the first time in ages and prompted by someone else's blip yesterday to have a wander round to the cathedral. No scaffolding and restored stonework as well as a cotton wool sky made it a worthwhile wander. Before that there was afternoon tea with the English department who were good company and it was nice to spend time with them outside of work. With added cake (and scones, sandwiches, scotch egg...)

This morning there was a bit of work, ticking off one of the jobs needed for the first day back. And once home there was very little done apart from a bit of telly catch up and generally recovering from eating a tower of food.
