Tat

Day three of the childhood toy sorting task.  Today our son visited for a few hours to join in the clear-out.  He identified many boxes of toys and books that were no longer required.

We have now started sorting all the unwanted stuff into cardboard for recycling, plastics for recycling, general tat which is sadly bound for landfill and, most importantly, toys which could provide joy to a new generation of children.

There is still a lot of work to do to finish this task, and the work will continue next weekend.  For now I think we are ready for a break, but the box pictured in my blip, plus a few others, are destined for the council recycling centre tomorrow.

A busy but surprisingly enjoyable and rather satisfying few days.
