Almost…

My first daffodil is almost out. I had been going to wait a day or two to blip it in full flower, but the raindrops made it irresistible today.

Yes, we’ve had more rain. Not a huge amount, but enough to turn the soil to glue again. I waited until after lunch to get into the garden and only had time to finish composting the fruit bushes. I was about to put a barrow of compost round the final currant bush in the extra.

And of course there was a dog-walk in the mix of the day.
