a secret mission to the IOM!

Up at 5.30am, cuppa, shower, car packed and off at 6.30am, to pick up greggy and Hannah (our secret passengers!) and Liverpool bound we are.

A beautiful morning for a car journey up the m6 and m62. Made very good time and hit Liverpool at 9, in time for macs breakfast! Arrive at the docks, and take some photos of the Liver building and the Liverpool skyline as we head towards the IOM.

A good crossing, in just over 2 hours. Bro and Mandy waiting for us and we have to reveal our secret passengers! Bro is choked to see Greg, was lovely to surprise him.

Off then to niarbyl to wait for Alex to get off the school bus. He gets off at the cafe and generally has a wedge of choc cake whilst waiting for his mum to pick him up. Today it's us and we hid from him in the car park! He runs to grandma!

Inside Greg and Hannah wait and surprise him, he's silent when he sees them! Didn't know if he was going to cry bless him! He was thrilled.

In the evening we head to peel castle for a rather breezy walk around the castle, fantastic waves! Then chip shop and home. Plenty of wine and a little too much whisky measures from bro. Fab night, even sang David soul songs!! Oh dear, think I'll have a bad head in the morning!
