NIA word for the day is LISTEN-beach bird listens

Today was a dancing on the beach day with Gail Condrick and her White Belt NIA students! The word for today was LISTEN! This seagull seemed to be cocking his head and listening!

It was a wonderfully overcast day and the waves were lapping and the wind was blowing for a wonderful sensory experience! We danced and felt the joy of movement-NIA style! It was a beautiful afternoon and the dolphins graced us with their presence. We were all so blessed!

It is Gali's birthday today, and so I bet the dolphins came by to say Happy Birthday to Gail! That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
