Glut

Today I have mostly been pickling courgettes. Courgette with onion, and courgette and garlic (with extra chilli). Plus I froze a load, having learnt (yesterday) that you could do that and they apparently roast quite well from frozen.

That was six, there are still three in the fridge and another few come. Its that pesky rain that did it.

Ive also been food shopping, stripped the bed and now need to water the garden. With a watering can.  

I did manage  to sleep in until almost 0800, which was nice.
