Not Quirky Or Peculiar, Just Bossy!

He doesn't fit the "Peculiar Or Quirky" challenge for Mono Monday, but he IS a Heron and he comes with rules.  If he shows up and I can get a decent shot of him, the rule is he has to be my blip.  The rule does not specify that the picture must be in color, so I have converted this shot to black and white for Mono Monday with satisfactory results, though he really looks better in color which you can see on my Facebook page.  Thanks to Mole for hosting......
