Summer into autumn

The harvest hasn't even started yet, but it's been so dry for so long that the vines are already losing leaves, as are the plane trees. The grapes are the size of peas, so the harvest will be small but good quality -- zero chance of mildew. Allegedly it's going to rain tonight, but I don't believe it.

Swimming pool lovely this morning ... only two more swims!

In other news, I've finally finished Wednesday's ratatouille and gazpacho while making very limited inroads into the leftover wine.
