Blues

A beautiful Common Blue butterfly posed for the camera in the garden this morning.   Blip done I thought but the view up the Dysynni this evening - extra pic - nearly changed my mind.

The balance of my mind is being tested at the moment by some aspects of life.  Time spent with friends counts for much at times like this, walking and talking, eating together, simple things maybe but often these are the most valuable things in life.

Today I made and shared scones, re-potted a few bulbs, picked blackberries with Jamie and enjoyed a restorative walk in beautiful countryside with C and the Megs under blue skies.   Important to celebrate what's good when times are hard.
