Late Summer Sun

The days are getting shorter and the light of the sun has changed into a late summer sun. It is less intensive and I like it a lot (the light, not the shorter days)
To be honest I've no idea which bee or bumble bee I've captured.
It looks like it is wearing a thick winter coat   ;-)

Edit: Thanks to Munni and Ted3 it is identified as a worker carder bee  :-D
