Animals Come Out Two By Two On Mischief Night

I went for an evening walk on Epping Long Green and encountered this menagerie. Two llamas, two rheas and two geese against the skyline of Epping including the water tower, not somewhere in South America.

Quite appropriate as some medieval calendars have yesterday as the date when Noah's Ark came to rest and the animals disembarked.

Tonight is Mischief Night when all sorts of mischief used to be perpetrated. Items would be placed outside people's doors with symbolic rhyming meaning. Brambles were for those who liked to ramble. Wonder if I'll find one in the morning?
