Barney

Despite a wet start to the day and an ominous forecast, the sun shone on Etal Show, and we spent a lovely afternoon there.
Some amazing displays of fruit and veg, home baking, photos, and arts and crafts. And of course, refreshments and a beer tent.
Best of all, lots of friends were there, some of whom we hadn't seen since before the start of the pandemic. So busy chatting and catching up with people that we didn't see any of the entertainment, except for part of the falconry display when the birds flew around the site! And we listened to Berwick Concert Band with Frank on drums.

Our friends Wendy and Lee's dog Barney won a 'Special' rosette in the Mixed Dog Breed class. Afterwards he asked, very politely, for a biscuit.
