Artichoke Heart

I went to a pilates class for the first time in over a year and was pleasantly surprised that I did not experience any particular difficulties and also feel a lot better for it. I also had a haircut.
There was torrential downpours overnight and in the middle of the day that was more than the drains could cope with. Despite some more leaks from the flat roof, I am pleased that the roofing work was postponed as the consequences of any incomplete repair would have been much greater.
