Changes

We have been delighted to have significant rainfall over the past 24 hours, after several months of near total drought, but the gloomy damp outside looked uninspiring... until I discovered that a new reflective surface had appeared, conveniently propped against a fence at the back of the house and nicely dotted with raindrops. It is an old and messy stainless steel sink unit, removed by P from a room we are starting to refurbish, so my Abstract Thursday image brings together change in the house, something new (though temporary) in the garden, a major change in the weather, and some tweaking in the editing to alter and intensify colours.
