Busy day, with an early train over to Glasgow and a meet up with M for another governor chat…interesting once again.
Over for my regular with VG and NK and had a chat about what was on N’s mind before heading to an office to join a Teams meeting together. N had loads of trouble with his connection so had to use mine and it was interesting to sit in on the meeting which I’ll join properly later.
Dashed up the road to my other Board and that all went very smoothly, although interrupted a couple of times by phone calls about P who was being discharged today, 7 weeks after being admitted. Managed to talk to T who’d been down last night and done some shopping for him and made up the bed etc, so it was good to see he’d then also gone back down today to be thee when he arrived from hospital and as you can see made him at home with a lager and a packet of crisps!
We’ll see how all this works out…I’ll be there again next weekend before going to Australia.
Home and had a quiet evening with A planning out some trips she’s making in December and watching some TV
