Late Drama

Yeovil produced a much improved performance than in the last two games to draw 2-2 this afternoon at home to unbeaten League leaders Chesterfield.

The photo shows Ben Richards-Everton (in green, far right and in the thumbnail) about to head the ball across goal for skipper Josh Staunton(far left) to bundle the ball home and put us 2-1 up with 10 minutes to go.

Unfortunately, Chesterfield equalised with 3 minutes left but, to be honest, a draw was a fair result and one we’d have settled for before kick-off.

The fresh Autumn chill seemed to suit us on the Park Run this morning with all three of us improving on last week’s times by some distance.

The electrician arrived as promised this morning so the bathroom and bedroom are now ready for decorating. Can’t wait!
