I’m back on my 5/2 or FAST 800 ( I do more like 1000 cal ) eating plan. It’s good because if you don’t keep up to it strictly you just go back on it. Once I lose a kilo I give myself a treat. I lost 15 kg this way but Covid messed it up when I learnt to make such delicious sourdough bread I put it back on.
I’ve been meaning to cook a baked cheesecake for Bob for about 40 years and today was the day. The evidence is in my blip. If we have such a treat we find it easy to freeze the leftovers and it lasts for ages.
