Red

On yesterday's trip to the hills we finally lost the yellow ball. I lobbed it downhill, Django ran off in the wrong direction and, although I thought I'd spotted where it stopped, we couldn't find it. TBH it was getting very scabby after about six months' use, so it didn't owe us anything.

Hence today we took the new red ball on the walk along the old railway to Aaron House. This allowed Mum to see Django for the first time since Christmas. She was clearly delighted, particularly when he got bored and sought attention by nuzzling up to her. On my way out another resident was clearly pleased to have the chance to pet him.

Back home, I've made a slow start to the housework, having done nothing (other than cooking) for a week.
