Contrast

This was the beginning of the memorial service for the Queen held at the National Parliament today. The procession of key dignitaries into the Great Hall was led by Indigenous performers Wiradjuri Echoes. Wiradjuri Echoes are a performance group who share and promote Aboriginal culture though dance, song, art and story telling. They have been active in Canberra for eighteen years, working with schools and Government departments.

It was quite a contrast to the ceremonies in the UK.
