Hard to choose one picture…

…after such a day. Started in sharp sunshine, crisp light, and a cold morning. I happily threw on long johns and a woollen vest as we woke to a bedroom well under 10 C. We took a pre-breakfast walk amidst the colours.
Drove on to Norway and the sun followed us. Eventually we were by the sea and it was so warm I had to strip off the wintry long johns etc.
Then south along the E6 and a search for a place to stop. As we searched the sky slowly clouded over, the sun dimmed and eventually disappeared. It looked like incoming weather to me and just as Jan guided me to our overnight stop the rain started. Now we sit here in ‘Arry and are shaken by huge gusts blasting up the valley.  But no worries, we have eaten good food, drunk a little, and have a fine desert to look forward to. There are no trees to blow down on us and riding out a gale is so much more comfortable in a camper van than it is in a boat!
