Wrought Iron

I've seen this before, but today I decided to take a photo to see if anyone knows why it's on this wall.
I googled F.H. but no answers.
Had a day out with my friend Jane, we went to Hiller's Garden Centre to look around; I bought 2 jumpers in Edinburgh Woollen Mill, but no plants.
We also stopped there for lunch. :)
