Nature Diary... Sunrise and Breakfast

How lovely it's been to have had so many gorgeous, warm sunny day to see us through the last part of September. 

Now that October has shouted its imminent arrival it's suddenly very much colder when the skies have shut out the heat from the sun, and dark threatening clouds have announced their existence.

Defiantly though, the sun blazed "I'M STILL HERE"' as it lit up the early morning scene, before being blocked out by clouds once more,

Breakfast was prepared and a cheerful little egg cup welcomed one ofthis morning's boiled eggs, though the 'soldiers' were late on parade, only arriving in time to meet with Colonel Marmalade. Tut tut.
