Sunday

Our friends Liz and Genny came visiting today.  We prepared and cooked lunch, Frittata with Pearl Barley risotto and sausages.   Washed down with a very pleasant beer supplied by Lizzie.

After lunch we went for a walk to the cathedral which was closed to visitors as evensong was underway.   So we walked back along the river bank to the marina and the canal towpath. 

As we walked Genny pointed out this spider who seems to have done pretty well on the fly catching front!

It was a nice day spent with friends.
