Soon to be chili

My groceries were delivered this morning and I now have everything I need to make Andrew's chili.  Once I've browned the beef and onions, I can put everything else into the crockpot with that and just let it cook for a few hours.  With any luck it will taste almost as good as Andrew's; I'm reducing the sodium content, of course, so it may be a bit less flavorful. I remember it being absolutely delicious. In the photo you can see that Sylvie came by to check it all out.

Bright sunshine and slightly above normal temperature today and that will be the weather again tomorrow, so we can spend Twinsday enjoying the backyard and watching Sam and Max play.
